UK laws require us to work on private property to carry out our services, so while a driveway is preferable, it is not essential and other options are available. Please get in touch if you have any questions regarding this.
After you have booked online, a member of the team will be in touch to confirm your booking, price and to go over any other necessary information. Prices are usually as advertised on our website, though in some cases may differ. If for any reason you are not happy with your quoted price after booking, there is absolutely no-obligation to go ahead.
Worry not, we are able to provide dated stamps if you have a service book, or VAT invoices in their place if not. We can even provide a new generic service book to record your services in if requested. These are all generally accepted by car buying services such as 'We Buy Any Car' and dealerships as well, we are more than happy to conirm legitimacy with any third party at your time of sale. If your car is on lease or PCP please check with your provider before booking.
Our office hours for enquiries are Monday to Sunday 9am-6pm. Services can be booked for ouside these hours as required.
